This policy explains how Kittybound LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Kittybound app for iPhone and iPad and on kittybound.com.

The short version

We do not collect, store or sell your personal information. Kittybound has no accounts of its own, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

Game progress

Your progress and settings are saved on your device. If you delete the app, this saved data may be removed.

Apple Game Center

Kittybound may use Apple’s Game Center to sign you in and support features such as achievements and leaderboards. Game Center is operated by Apple, and any information it handles is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Apple ID, email address or other personal details through Game Center. You can turn Game Center off in your device’s Settings.

In-app purchases

The purchase that unlocks the full game is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information.

Emailing us

If you contact us at [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and help with your request, and we don’t share it with anyone.

Children

Kittybound is suitable for all ages. Because we don’t collect personal information, we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

This website

kittybound.com is hosted by GoDaddy, which may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operation. We don’t use this site to track you or show ads.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
